Welcome to Haskell!

Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) is a tribal college located in Lawrence, Kansas. It was initially established in 1884 as the United States Indian Industrial Training School, a boarding school for young Native children. In the mid-1930s, Haskell started moving away from secondary education and, in 1965, officially stopped offering high school classes in favor of postsecondary and vocational training. Through this pathfinder, I provide a strategy to locate and use resources available at the HINU Tommaney Library and/or free online resources that provide background on how Haskell developed since its founding in 1884.
